This is our dream. We are a family of vinegrowers and winemakers
that, after years devoted to the world of wine, got involved in this
project in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.
Our philosophy has been clear: to develop a wine that reflects the
characteristics of a grape, the Tinta Fina, and a region,
the Ribera del Duero, which we deeply know.
Based on this experience, we chose this area of the denomination
where we find the most appropriate climate and soil to achieve
the wine we have in mind.
All the grapes we use come from our own vineyards.
The high altitude provokes thermal oscillation between day
and night during ripening season ensuring a slow maturation
of the Tinta Fina. A moderate rainfall and high sunshine limit
vineyard yields of between 4,000 and 5,000 kilos of grapes per hectare.
